Public bug reported: Trying Ubuntu 9.10 alpha 5 on an ASUS L3000D laptop with a Sitecom Wlan PC card WL-120 to connect to internet. The system boots well, but the Wlan card apparently is not recognized (no led lits on it) and no wifi connection can be selected from network manager.
I attach the hardware check report. The PC currently runs 9.04 Jaunty and the Wlan works. ** Affects: ubuntu Importance: Undecided Status: New -- wifi card not recognized in ubuntu 9.10 karmic koala https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/428276 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
