Yes,  PC has entring  into the status  I describe in my report.
I remeber the orginal status I when I run Ubuntu 9.04 is correct (the
Ubunto 9.04 was a backup from Dell D630 virtual machine,using command
"cp  -a"), but 
After i had changed some hardware status(the change was ddr, I cannot
remember in details), this probem happened. 

I don't think I will have the same problem if I installl fresh new
Ubuntu 9.04 system.
Anyway, I will try find out time to do that and feedback to you.
