Public bug reported: After an update to Firefox, when quitting firefox via CTRL+Q (to work around Bug #338785) the user is not asked to remember tabs for next time (which is understandable due to that bug). However, Firefox seems to still exit "normally" instead of marking it as a crash or a failed exit and the user is not presented with the crash-recovery screen when restarting firefox, losing all windows and tabs that were in use.
It would be ideal that this be treated as an abnormal exit (if #338785 is not closed first). ** Affects: firefox-3.5 (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- Firefox does not fail properly after update https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/427696 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
