CPU goes to 100% when Quantas advert at top of page is active. I am using onboard gpu on K8M800-M2 Rev 2 motherboard. S3 UniChrome Pro 2D/3D Graphics with standard Ubuntu driver install. It I page down so advert is not visible, then CPU usage reverts to normal. I think it is a case of slow video chipset with fancy 3D effects. I notice other sites also run slow at times. ie Melbourne age newspaper and suspect similar issues. Guess its old hardware and not worth the effort to improve the drivers Rgds Bill -- http://www.asx.com.au/asx/statistics/todayAnns.do hogs cpu https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/425448 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
