My freeze is quite the same. But I'm using a fujitsu-siemens AmiloPro V2000 and a Huawei 156G mobile modem. Additionaly I regulary have to disconnect/connect in order to get access to a DNS server, I don't know if this in relation to the freeze or the ISP. The freeze seems random: sometimes it will appear after 10-15 min sometimes 2min. I've also observed that the internet connection (under XP) is not very stable: it will drop practically no null every once in a while.
