kdelibs5 4.2.2-0ubuntu5.1 conflicts with kformula. It is clear, If I want to to install Koffice, Koffice installs kformula, but kdelibs5 conflicts with kformula, so it is not possible to install koffice (or kformula) without removing KDE 4.
