I attempted to reproduce the bug on 9.10 using the new Network manager
(which I've been using happily for a while). However, when I tried to
click on "Help" for the window titling itself "Network Management - KDE
Control Module" ("Mange connections" from the network management
plasmoid) I get a "File or folder help:/ does not exist" popup.

Does this need a separate bug report?

So, I'm unable to confirm the version but the networking seems to work
on 9:10 at least.
