sorry, that was my grandma. she cracked my password database again last night :( i talked to her about why she wrote that, and from what i could get out of her, i think she got frustrated trying to burn michael jackson music videos for her friends or something. anyway, she regrets her bad attitude and testy tone and she was wondering, what dollar amount would be reasonable should she offer to have someone work on this? her social security has kept her living off the fat of the land, so she's willing to shell out top dollar for a speedy, successful outcome.
