I can confirm this Bug. I shared like 5 directories using nautilus and now, when I right-click those directories in nautilus they don't show as shared but I know they are still being shared because other machines in my network can write/read to those folders.
Shared folders are also not shown share-admin AND definitely not present in smb.conf.
