I finally succeeded to get claws-mail-plugins : I manually donwloaded from http://packages.ubuntu.com libgtk1.2-common_1.2.10-18.1build2_all.deb and libgtk1.2_1.2.10-18.1build2_amd64.deb, and and installed rhem with Gdebi.
Then no problem for claws-mail-plugins in Synaptic.
