Public bug reported:

I'm on Edgy (with 2.6.17-10 kernel) and I would test the new kernel
(2.6.20.5).
So I have edit an update my /etc/apt/sources.list with feisty repositoy.
and I launch the following command :
sudo apt-get install libc6 libc6-dev libc6-i686 linux-headers-2.6.20-5
linux-headers-2.6.20-5-generic linux-image-2.6.20-5-generic
linux-restricted-modules-common linux-restricted-modules-2.6.20-5-generic

and after a restart, I was on my Ubuntu with the kernel 2.6.20.5
All seem to work correctly but after a wile, I have notice that there is a
problem with my wifi card.
When I'm connect to a network by wifi, I can see a beautiful crash : I can't
move the mouse, the keyboard is blocked and I can't do nothing, the I must
brutally reboot my laptop :(
And if I reboot and chose the previous kernel (2.6.17-10) the problem
disapear...

a precision, I'm using wifi-radar and my wifi card is a broadcom 4711
