Aha, that works. What got me confused is that an irc room is listed in
the window "Manage Favorite Chatrooms" even though it is not really a
favorite chatroom but just a current room you're in. So I thought that
there should an option somewhere in the "Favorite Chatrooms" list to add
it permanently. (Or maybe do not list the ones that are only current but
not permanent?)
