Attached is a PDF where this error occurs when printing from evince. Printing the same file from okular works perfectly.
Most of my PDFs get this error from evince. Incidentally, this PDF gets printed correctly (I just picked a random PDF from the ubuntu site): http://www.ubuntu.com/files/server/UbuntuServerBrochure804LTS.pdf Attached is the cups error_log with print job 39 from evince (1 page, error) and job 40 from okular (2 pages, correct printout).
