I am unable to reproduce this bug using karmic alpha 4. I tried the
following steps:

* Open the Undo history dialog, docked in the main inkscape window
* Create an arbitrary assortment of thirty shapes (rectangles, ellipses, stars,
3D boxes, lines, bezier curves and polylines)
* Arbitrarily change the fill colours of ten shapes, using the colour chooser
bar at the bottom of the screen
* Create an arbitrary assortment of ten more shapes
* Arbitrarily select ten items from the undo history, including items near the
start of the list

All steps completed successfully, without experiencing a crash. If a
different method is required to reproduce the bug, please let me know.
