If you had it as a real branch, you could 'Add Branch' to this bug, and Launchpad should track it.
I think you can do the same thing by just running: bzr register-branch --project bzrk --link-bug 53479 http://my/bzrk/branch Otherwise if the tarball is small (perhaps make it tar.bz2), probably uploading it here is okay.
