Public bug reported:

After todays upgrade (to my Ubuntu 9.04 amd64) after restart sound
doesn't work:

- PULSE doesnt work - there is just quiet static-like sound (sounds like 
farting)
- aplay doesn't work in same way
- aplay doesn't work in same way even after killing pulse deamon

- /dev/dsp works fine.
