Public bug reported: Hello,
Since I upgraded to linux kernel 2.6.31-7-generic, running losetup -e aes256 (or mount -o loop,encryption=aes256) causes losetup (or mount) not to return, and by running htop, I find that losetup (or mount) is taking 100% of CPU ! I also noticed that although "mount" does not return to prompt, yet it does mount the filesystem.
