Public bug reported:

This is a bug in Kubuntu Karmic Alpha 4.

I have started kpackagekit. Then I press the button "Software Updates".
The program then reports in the title bar that "an internal system error has
occurred".

Text in the error box "A problem that we were not expecting has occurred.
Please report this bug with the error description."
