Public bug reported:
The hibernation button only appears after selecting System->Quit for the
second time in Feisty Herd 3.
Reproduction steps:
1. Boot Feisty Herd 3
2. Select System->Quit
Expected result:
The window should contain a Hibernation button.
Actual result:
There is no Hibernation button.
Workaround:
Select System->Quit a second time and the Hibernation button is present.
