Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: ubuntu-desktop

Ubuntu Karmic should provide drivers for poulsbo platform, as it is
common in netbooks, and because those netbooks aren't usable (because
they are very, very slow) without this drivers. Some are provided into
Fedora and for previous ubuntu releases (for Jaunty in some ppas it
seems, and for previous releases in the default repositories) and maybe
there are solutions in this way. I use a asus eeepc 1101HA, which is a
pretty new netbook, it's a proof that "old" and "new" netbooks are built
using poulsbo and should be supported.

** Affects: ubuntu-meta (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
