Yes, nevertheless the problem with Spanish is the font. That translation is created and shipped directly by upstream and it's supposed to fit.
But yes, dynamic sizing would indeed be very helpful for other languages. Patches for this are welcome (I may fix it myself but right now I have no plans on doing it).
