Hi all, I started having the same problem after upgrading to Jaunty. When the card disconnects the only way to reconnect is to either reboot or do rmmod ipw2200 && modprobe ipw2200 however the rmmod command completely hangs the laptop in about 20% of the cases.
I will try Steven's suggestion. I sometimes get "Firmware error detected" in isolation, but it doesn't cause any disconnect that I'm aware of.
