Thanks very much for reporting the bug. I cannot reproduce it in my
system (official 9.04), as I can visit the site with no problems. I
notice you are not running an official build of Jaunty, as it appears to
be modified. As such I recommend to use an ubuntu genuine version.

I will set the bug as invalid, but if you see that the bug is there also
with an official version of Ubuntu, please feel free to reopen it.
