This bug is confirmed.
The icon used seems to be an icon for WebKit, the new HTML engine of Epiphany,
replacing Mozilla. It could be that until the new WebKit version replaces the
old Mozilla version on Ubuntu a different icon is used.
There are two possible solutions:
1. Create a larger WebKit icon.
2. Let epiphany-webkit use the Epiphany icon as well.
