Iain: err yes, I guess I thinko'd while typing. I only see the photos
from the first PTP device, even though the import is being attempted
from the second device.

** Description changed:

  Binary package hint: f-spot

I tend to leave my phone attached to my laptop most of the time so it
can charge. It presents a PTP interface any time it is connected to USB.

- If I then attach my digital camera I get a dialog offering to import the
photos, which I agree to, and f-spot shows me the photos on my camera.
+ If I then attach my digital camera I get a dialog offering to import the
photos, which I agree to, and f-spot shows me the photos on my phone instead of
from the camera.
This also happens if I run f-spot manually first and click the + button to
import photos from a specific source - selecting the camera shows me photos
from the phone.
