Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: sudo

i just wanted to exec mv from terminal using sudo to move content of a
directory to an other place (in this case downloaded php documentation).
there was more than 9000 files in my directory, then i got this message.

$ sudo mv /home/jerikojerk/Bureau/html/function.* /var/www/php.manuel/
sudo: unable to execute /bin/mv: Argument list too long

i try laater to use root shell using sudo -s and use mv without "sudo" command,
it worked fine.

i did not tune sudo behavior.

** Affects: sudo (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
