Ubuntu 9.04 and linux mint are working fine on Wibrain. Thank you.
Now I searching only the driver for the touchscreen (Techdine).

Bug description:
Ubuntu 8.10 don’t have video driver support for Wibrain and can not be
installed, the installation of 8.04 worked with low video resolution, they are
beta drivers on Via site
