I could see that dbus and hal are not involved in this bug. I saw that NetworkManager causes the freeze. I removed it and Ubuntu start normally.
I'm using ndiswrapper with a Sis163u chipset. NetworkManager is very strange because sometimes it freezes, sometimes it doesn't.
