Ekiga isn't installed by default. Had to add repos to install Ekiga, one of the pt libraries wasn't in the default ones. :( I hope that will change by the time it is released.
Anyways, it worked great. I didn't add my accounts or anything, didn't think that would change its behavior. Minimize to Window List (still) worked fine. Close to Notification Area worked fine. In summary, this bug appears to be fixed in Karmic Alpha 3...great, now I notice there is an Alpha 4 released - good thing too, there were 200MB of updates for Alpha 3. I will test it on Alpha 4, and post back only if it doesn't work.
