Hmm, I don't have any keys set in custom.conf, and I don't have a gdm.conf (at least not in /etc/gdm). I do have a gdm.conf.dpkg.bak, which I have attached, dated 2009-04-03. Did a recent update of gdm remove this file by mistake?
