One that would help, is if you could run the command: % apport-collect 412362
This will collect network-manager specific debug information and attach it to the bug. In general, reporting bugs via 'ubuntu-bug <package-name>' instead of directly via Launchpad is preferable, as it will automatically run apport-* and collect the debug information.
