Well, I'm slightly lost, but if you're referring to the documents which will appear in the "Topics" in the left hand column, then yes, we'll wish to retain the ability to customise the order in which these appear. However, this can be done later. We'll probably want to retain the ability for translators to localise links to support resources on the internet, where for example their community provides free support for that language.
