Interesting idea Martin. This is just IMHO, but personally I don't see much value in a "resize" (or HDV) button. The same "Resize" (R) button is in the "top left hand corner" button (i don't' know what it's called) on most windows. Also, the usability of the "Resize" in that menu is functional at best ... it's not very intuitive for me.
