To those complaining about the tone in some posts, I think you fail to realize that:
1) People are angry 2) Ubuntu has built up enough goodwill that they are complaining directly in the channels that Ubuntu provides. This shows that they want to still want to participate in the project. 3) When people stop complaining directly that either means that the problem has been fixed or they have given up and moved on to the next latest greatest project.
