Public bug reported: Binary package hint: system-config-printer
After installing cups-pdf, I had to delete the 'PDF' printer (wine complained about failing to add wineps.drv). When I want to create it again with system-config-printer, it searches for printers and the "New Printer" wizard shows a "Select device" dialog; the "Generic CUPS-PDF Printer" device is present with a default URI = "cups-pdf:/", but the Forward button is disabled. Note: the interface at http://localhost:631 does work and system-config- printer even refreshes to show the new printer accordingly.
