Debian introduced the following Recommends : gdm | x-display-manager in
version 0.4.2-1 of lxde-common. Gdm is still the default because
upstream recommends it (according to the debian bug).
Set as In Progress as I plan to merge the version 0.4.2.1 (see bug
410852)
