Well, after googling a little about that, i've removed/purged all the kernel 
packages but image & run dpkg-reconfigure -a & reboot.
Then i've tried to install the new kernel again, and the error have gone.

So, dont know the reason but during the first installation process i've seen 
that was because of a "followup previous error".
Which one ?
This bug can be closed i guess.
