Public bug reported:
Can't reboot and shutdown Kubuntu KDE 4.3 (4.2.98) latest RC, from
console halt and reboot or poweroff work fine (now without password).
Hibernation or sleep work ok, can someone help with this. I check on old
(9.04) kernel and new one from dist-upgrade.
