Tested with Karmic dev version: Same problem here, Thinkpad T43 gets stuck to lowest CPU speed as soon as CPU temperature is at 55C. Gets back to 2Ghz when 50C is reached. Verified with cpufreq-info. Does not happen on Thinkpad T60.
