Ubuntu 9.04 amd64
0. login as second user (switch user) on VT-9 for example
1. as first user (on VT-7) play a video in totem
2. switch to VT-9
3. the video (in VT-7) is paused until you switch back
I seen this bug as well around 1-2 years ago AFAIR.
