Public bug reported:
During VoIP (Skype, for instance) at an interval of time a very loud
metalic noise is played back. This is also heard by the other party.
This noise is never heard during other sound events or music playback.
It's only present in VoIP calls.
I use a Dell Inspiron 1300 laptop.
