** Description changed: Having any app window open, if the last click was inside the app window, or the titlebar (NOT moving the window, just a click) and then going to System>Shut Down, opens the shut-down dialog underneath your app, having focus on the app.... Clicking and moving the app via the titlebar though, then shut down, the shut down dialog opens as it should...
