Public bug reported: Binary package hint: alsa-utils
After upgrading this karmic netbook around 1 week ago, the maximum volume has dropped significantly. I do remember, after initially installing Karmic, following a tutorial somewhere to tweak the sound to get a decent volume, and it was fine after that until I upgraded again one week ago. My PCA level is 100% (which is the only playback level I can adjust via Volume Control for the HDA Intel (Alsa Mixer).
