Every other execution works correctly. The odd ones get a "segmentation fault" and the window dies. environment: Ubuntu 9.04 host with latest updates (today) Windows 2003 Server with latest patches (today) running in a VMware Workstation window on the Ubuntu system. Windows 2003 is x86 and my Ubuntu is 64bit.
