Public bug reported:

When using scim-bridge through qt4 applications, most characters involving
deadkeys are available by switching the input method to English/European. But
this does not enable characters involving more than one deadkey or any
character involving the multikey.
For example, if I press right-alt+[ followed by e I get ë, but if I press
right-alt+[ followed by right-alt+} then u I get ü even though I get ǖ in gnome
applications.

** Affects: scim-bridge (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
