* Use Oxygen instead of Ozone as default, apparently it is more mature in
terms of look. Also it can't hurt to go with Oxygen, since we do not
use any of the additional features of Ozone anyway. (LP: #394470)

* Use the new askBeforeRemoval setting introduced by kdelibs patch
