Daniel, why this is an upstream bug? In arch linux all work perfectly, attached gst-inspect from arch. If archlinux developers can build gstreamer- ffmpeg with ffenc_mpeg4, ffenc_h263, ffenc_h263p ecc.. why ubuntu developers cannot?
