There is nothing you have to do here; the purpose of the description is merely to explain why the program is running in the first place. So for example, a good description for "GNOME login sound" would be "Plays a sound whenever you log in". And a good description for "Indicator applet" would be "Provides quick access to messages received in Evolution or Pidgin". One guide to whether you're on the right track: the first word of the description should usually be a verb that ends in the letter "s".
