I confirm this issue even on jaunty jackalope When I switch the desktop, the first visible window into the arrival desktop doesn't take the auto focus automatically. (folder window, desktop plane and apps, not sure about dialog)
Sometimes the highlighting is corrected drawed even if the windows hasn't the focus. Ps.
