Public bug reported:
No DVD's will play in totem, gstreamer, movieplayer or any other Ubuntu
movie software. Get the following error message 'cannot read from
resource' Was working 100% until today. Tried every dvd in my
collection but get the same error message. Re-installed a clean Ubuntu
9.04 and downloaded the codecs but still will not play dvd's - 'cannot
read from resource'
